I'm getting an odd issue where I have paid for premium download speeds, and get those when I am manually downloading from the nexus server. However if I use "download with manager" option, it drops below the 1mb /s cap and will stay under 300 KB/s at best. I've tried letting it through the firewall but I'm unsure of what else could be the problem.

Unable to download from Nexus mods website. when i press the Manual Download button i come to the choose an option and i press the Slow download button and nothing happens i have tried on my 2 other laptops and it doesnt work on those either. - this issue has nothing to do with a mod manager (Vortex, Mod organizer 2, etc), it is an issue on NEXUS MOD MANAGER SLOW under weather. So I opened creation kit and created a mod for myself. It sets the game time to 0.20. Not 0.05 and not 0.01 as in other mods.
